Let`s see, your country/school/ blocked you from certain website. You are new to proxy or bored to change it now and then with all those stupid numbers. Here is a solution:
1. Registered for an account at http://fastun.com/registration/ It is free, that the good part
2. Check your email and click the activation link and done!!
3. If u are a FF user, download its addon at
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/13729. With this addon you can change your proxy in a click (switch fastun on/off in a click)
You can register as many accounts as you like and it is free. Here is one for you to try:
